Oklahoma Recovery & Crisis Resources
Finding the right support during a difficult time can feel overwhelming. To help make the process easier, we've compiled a community-sourced list of Oklahoma treatment facilities, detox programs, crisis services, and outpatient resources.
This resource is updated periodically to reflect available programs. Because admissions, Medicaid acceptance, bed availability, and program requirements can change, always contact the facility directly to verify eligibility and current availability before making arrangements.

PROTECTING PEOPLE FROM TREATMENT AND INSURANCE FRAUD
People searching for mental health or substance use treatment are often making decisions during an extremely vulnerable time. Safe Insurance Solutions provides education to help individuals, families, facilities, case workers, CSSRs, healthcare providers, and community organizations recognize dangerous practices before someone is harmed.
Safe Insurance Solutions does not obtain insurance for the purpose of entering treatment. We do not recruit patients, arrange treatment admissions, select treatment providers, or receive compensation for directing someone to a facility. Our role is education, fraud prevention, and safe resource navigation.
WARNING SIGNS TO WATCH FOR
Use caution when a treatment facility, marketer, recruiter, sober living operator, or other person offers cash, gifts, free rent, transportation, food, cigarettes, or other benefits in exchange for entering treatment; offers to pay an insurance premium; encourages false income, household, residency, or address information; enrolls someone without clear permission; pressures someone to change insurance plans solely to enter a facility; asks for private information without explaining who they are; refuses to explain billing; encourages unnecessary testing or repeated services; or moves people between facilities, sober living homes, or insurance plans for financial benefit.
BEFORE CHOOSING A TREATMENT PROGRAM
Contact the facility directly using independently verified information. Confirm its license and authorized services. Ask about ownership and financial relationships with marketers, recruiters, sober living homes, laboratories, and transportation companies. Request written information about costs and insurance billing. Ask whether anyone is paid for the referral. Never provide false application information. Never allow someone else to control an insurance account without informed permission. Review insurance statements for services not received. Keep copies of applications, messages, advertisements, and promises. Report suspicious conduct instead of confronting an unsafe person or organization alone.
PREVENTION FOR FACILITIES AND COMMUNITY PROFESSIONALS
Facilities, agencies, providers, case workers, CSSRs, and community organizations can help prevent fraud by training staff to recognize patient brokering and deceptive recruitment; prohibiting incentives tied to admissions; verifying insurance applications; obtaining documented permission before assisting with coverage; separating clinical recommendations from financial incentives; explaining coverage and billing honestly; monitoring outside business relationships; protecting client access to insurance accounts; and maintaining a confidential reporting process.
HOW SAFE INSURANCE SOLUTIONS HELPS
We provide preventive education about ethical insurance enrollment, treatment related fraud risks, warning signs, reporting options, and safe resource navigation for facilities, behavioral health agencies, healthcare providers, case workers, CSSRs, recovery organizations, sober living operators, community organizations, and families.
